This SMOKY BAR's little drinking diary set is really good ✨✨ ☆First up, the food☆ ★Freshly sliced Jamon Serrano salad (They use Spanish Prosciutto "Jamon Serrano" that has been aged for over two years... This freshly sliced Prosciutto has a mellow flavor that overflows the more you chew it, it's the best ✨) or ★Assortment of 3 kinds of smoked meats (The platter of 3 kinds of smoked meats is all homemade... They say they are particular about using chips that match the ingredients ✨, but on this day it was a platter of 4 kinds) You can choose from these ♪ Whichever you choose, it's sure to be a hit ♪♪ Plus some snacks ♡ ☆Next, a drink☆ You can choose from ★draft beer or ★highball or ★wine by the glass (red or white) ♪ You can choose from these, but... I can't drink beer, and I'm not good with highballs either... and I'm not very good with alcohol... so it might be difficult to choose from these... (;;) I was thinking that... The bartender asked, "Do you want me to mix the wine with something?" He asked... Sweet? Light? → Sweet, please (*☻-☻*) Red? White? → Red, please (*☻-☻*) Mix with orange? Prosciutto is thin and carefully cut♪ Everything is delicious~~♪ The owner was a wonderful and fun person who looked good with a smile♪ I only got the Choi Drinking Notebook Set, so this was exactly 1000 yen, and both Prosciutto and the smoked meat were delicious... I'll definitely buy this again next time♪ Thank you for the meal♡ This is the most satisfying of the Choi Drinking Notebook Osaka Minami edition✨ However, even though I looked up the name of this restaurant by the name of the building, The name of the restaurant is not on the sign outside. After checking the name of the building, I went up the stairs to the second floor. "SMOKY BAR" is a hidden bar in Namba on the second floor of the building where you can enjoy homemade smoked dishes and a wide variety of alcohol. It's a shop at the back after going up the stairs♡ There was another bar in front. Please be careful~~ Now, let's go to the second bar♪
