スペッログループのお店で、唯一行っていなかったこちら。外から眺めるといつも満席で。。
今回、やっと2000円コース予約のうえ訪問。
電話のお姉さんもオヒトリサマ嫌がらず、好印象。
スペッロのどの店舗もシェフのソースやスキルの高さに驚かされます。
特に、冷製スープが絶品でしたね。
ここもフォカッチャ美味しい。迷わずオカワリです。
控えめなシェフでしたが、とても丁寧なお仕事されていて、また来たいと思いました。
