久しぶりに回らない寿司屋に行きたくなったので難波界隈の寿司屋を食べログ検索。鮨 きよ原さんがリーズナブルで好評な様子。念のために電話予約して伺いました。
うら難波と呼ばれている個人的に一時期よく飲み歩いたエリアにあります。当時は（今もですが）立ち飲み屋ばかり巡っていたのでその存在に全く気が付きませんでした。
店は２階にあります。１８時丁度に入店。先客はまだ一組。カウンターの入口の一番近い席に座りまずは生ビール。泡に文字が書かれておりますね。パソコンと連動したビールサーバーだそうです。何やら凄い！(￣▽￣;)
寿司の前に少々ツマミを頂きましょう。まずは女将お勧めのバクダン。マグロ、カンパチ、タコなどを細かく刻んで納豆とタクワンをよく混ぜる。それを海苔で手巻きのように包んで食べる。女将が丁寧に食べ方をレクチャーしてくれます。
これが期待通りとはいえ美味しい！ これは本当に美味しいぞ！(ﾟ∀ﾟ；) 海苔もたっぷり添えられてあるのも嬉しい。大抵途中で足らなくなるんですけどね。いやぁ～ビールがススム君です。
２品目は鉄板の〆鯖。これも悪くないですよ。
生ビールをお代わりすると面白いサービスの説明があった。客がOKならスマホで顔写真を撮影し、それを機械に取り込むとビールの泡に客の姿が映し出されるのだ！
ナンテコッタイ！私の知らない間に世の中はこんなに進化していたのかぁ～！(((( ；ﾟДﾟ)))ｶﾞｸｶﾞｸﾌﾞﾙﾌﾞﾙ
という訳で握りへ。１貫ずつ握ってくれます。
コハダ、アナゴ、子持昆布、ノドグロ、煮アワビ、活サバの６貫。どの握りも美味しいです。シャリが固めなのも好み。
日本酒は色々と銘柄を揃えてありましたが久しぶりにヒレ酒が飲みたくなったので注文。激熱ですが寿司屋で飲むヒレ酒は格別です。(*￣∀￣)
鉄きゅうと穴きゅうを１本ずつ。穴きゅうは大抵の店にありますが鉄火ときゅうりは珍しいですね。
結構お腹も膨れました。
合計で７３５０円。ホントにこの値段でいいんですかね。何か付け忘れているのでは？(￣▽￣;)
角刈りのシブい大将は月に２階床屋に行くそうです。(*￣∀￣) ごちそうさまでした♪
