日本橋の『天道』へ。入ったのは良いものの、店長がおらん。五年以上前に店長以外の人が作ったラーメンがダメダメだったので。。。
からし鶏ぱいたん味玉らーめん（麺硬）900円
替え玉 100円
と、心配したけど、大丈夫だった。基本的にぱいたんラーメンには厳しいんだけど、ここのぱいたんは好きだ。とてもマイルドかつ、絶妙なからし味とぱいたんの濃厚なテーストで柔らかいチャーシューも素敵。替え玉（100円）は安く、コスパは良い。接客もマイルドで良好。この辺りで一番好きなラーメン屋さんだな。
