昔からやっていてずっと気になっていたのですが、最近初めて訪れました。
外に見えるように実際の焼肉の素材になるであろうサシの入ったお肉の塊が並んでいることから、「ちょっと高級な焼肉屋」というイメージがありましたが、想像よりは親しみやすいお店でした。
スタッフの方のサービスはとてもにこやかで丁寧で、一見とても良さそうです。
しかしながらいざ注文しようとするとほとんどが品切れ。まだ夕方の時間だったのにビックリするくらい何もなく、ほとんど何も食べられませんでした。オススメと書いてあるものが全て品切れで、お腹が減ってる状態にもかかわらず会計を済ませて他の飲食店をハシゴしたくらいです。
先述のようにスタッフの方の態度はとても素晴らしいのですが、品切れしているなら入るときに言って欲しいですし、オススメが無いのであれば他の選択肢を紹介するとかやりようはあったと思いますが、ひたすら「そちら品切れです」の一点張りでメニュー選びの体験がとても貧相で楽しくありませんでした。
あと、これは好みもあると思いますが全体的に味付けが甘いです。サシの入ったお肉は脂が良い意味で甘いため、それは素材の味として当然問題ないのですが、それにつけるタレもフルーツベースで甘かったり、味付けも甘いタレ一択で塩などの選択肢も無く、極めつけにはお通しも甘い味付けと、かなり胸焼けするラインナップでした。
一点だけ良かったと感じたのは、ドリンクメニューが非常にリーズナブルだった点です。主要メニューがワンコインでいただけるのは嬉しいポイントです。
総合的には、決して悪い店ではないのですが、とても残念な気持ちになったことは否めません。見てくれの接客も大事ですが、まず大事にしてほしいのは飲食店としての体験のバリューだと強く感じました。壁に貼ってある大量の有名人？の色紙とのギャップもあり、評価としては「とても残念なお店」です。
リピートは100%しないでしょう。
