立ち呑み屋さんです。 |
豚足が食べられるお店を探していて見つけました。
場所はちょっとディープな雰囲気なビルの2階にありますが、すでに満席近い状態で、少しつめてもらって入店させてもらったほどの人気店です。常連さんが多いようでした。
鉄板焼きのホルモンメニューだけでなく、ちょっとしたお料理も充実。
お店に入って驚きだったのが、ワインはすべてナチュールで、種類も豊富に取り揃えられているようでした。ワイン好きな私はわくわくが高まり、オレンジ、赤2杯をいただきました。
どれも好みでした。特に赤の1杯目はロゼ風の1杯だったのですが甘みが少なめで見た目に反してしっかりめのお味のワインでした。
お腹と時間が許せばもっと飲みたかったです。
同行者が大の豚足、ホルモン好きで、豚足のほか、定番のホルモン焼きとセンマイ刺、
その他は生ハムとフルーツとマスカルポーネ、鰻と卵の生春巻き、センマイ刺のタレで漬けた牡蠣をいただきました。
ホルモンは福岡のもつ鍋に入っているタイプのホルモンで、プルプルで甘みがあり、とっても美味しいし、味付けもただしょっぱいだけでなく、しっかりホルモンの甘みを感じられるものです。
定番以外のメニューも多くあり、どれも気になるメニューで、大阪を訪れた際にはまた伺いたいお店になりました。
お料理もお酒も美味しくて居心地がよく、立ち飲みなのに1時間半以上滞在してしまいました。
人気なのも頷ける、とっても満足度の高い居酒屋さんです！
