立ち呑み屋さんです。 |
豚足を提供しているお店のようだったので訪問しました。
場所は大通りからは外れた小道のビルの2階にあり、入口から中を覗くと満席でしたが、タイミングよく入れ替わりと少し詰めてもらい入店。
満席の際は入口前で飲みながら待つことも出来るようです。
メニューは肉料理が中心ではありますが、ワインに合うようなつまみも豊富でどれも試したくなるほどです。
今回は豚足、ホルモン焼き、センマイ刺、センマイ刺のタレに漬けた生牡蠣、鰻巻きを注文しました。
肉は鉄板で仕上げているためか、表面はカリッと中はジューシーで甘みのある味でした。目当ての豚足は臭みもなくボリュームがあり大満足です。
お酒はビール、ハイボール、ナチュールワインなど種類は豊富で、ワインは好みを伝えると店員さんがチョイスしてくれます。
遅い時間は売り切れのメニューが出てくるようなので、早めの時間に伺うのがよさそうです。
