予約がなくて入店お断りの雰囲気でしたが、1人だったこともあったと思いますが、「どうぞ！」とカウンター前の席に案内されました。ビールと9本セットをオーダーしましたら、1品付き添いの品が付くとのことで、どてをオーダー。ビールとどてを頂くと、何故かホッとしてしまいます。そして数分後、9本セットが提供されました。考えてみたら、肉・魚介・野菜とバランス良いのですが、紅生姜がないことに気づきました！慌てて紅生姜を追加オーダー（笑）さすがにビールをもう一杯追加。若い女性スタッフ中心で営業されてましたが、手際よくお仕事されていて感心しつつ、予約ないにも関わらず利用させて頂いたことの挨拶をして店を後にしました。
