多分ですが、日本人に媚びていないタイ料理なんではないでしょうか。いつも混んでいるお店、本場の味を堪能できるんでしょう。個人的には美味しいとは思えませんでした。ハエがずっと飛んでいたし、食欲落ちますよね。
