今日のお昼ごはんは、なんさん通りと堺筋から1本西の道の交差点のちょっと北側の創作串揚げの「串ボーノ」さんで頂きました。
たぶん、昨年のはじめくらいからランチをされていたと思いますが、約1年ぶりの訪問になります。
カウンターの一番左に座りました！
いただいたのは、「串揚げランチ」です。
まずは、お水とおしぼり！
お水には、氷も入っていてこの時点で評価アップです！
しばらくして、サラダとソースが供されます。
その後、メインの「串揚げ8本」とごはん、お味噌汁が提供されました。
いただきます！
串揚げのネタは、
・天使のエビ
・わかさぎ
・アボカドとベーコン
・エリンギ
・コーン
・レンコンのカレー詰め
・豚串
・牛串
まずは、天使のエビから・・
車えびと同じくらい美味しいとの話ですが、偽りなく美味しいです！
頭からガブッといただき、尻尾もいただきました
それ以外に、気に入ったのは、コーンとレンコン・・
コーンは甘くて、レンコンは穴に詰めたカレーが絶品でした。
お腹一杯、ご馳走様でした！

Today's lunch, the soba restaurant I wanted to go to was full, but the Japanese-style meal restaurant I went to next was temporarily closed, so I went to the one at the intersection of Nansan Dori and one street west of Sakaisuji. This is ``Kushibono'', a creative Fried Skewers on the north side! This is my first visit in a while. There were no previous customers, and the owner said they were out of Hamburg. Continuing with Fried food from last night, it's ``Tonkatsu Lunch (Demi Glace)''. When I heard the sound of fried pork cutlets and looked at the counter, I saw that the demi-glace was also mixed on the spot.Itadaki will be served after a while! A reasonably thick Pork Cutlet, a salad mainly made of cabbage, potato salad, miso soup, and rice. You can get a second helping of rice! The demi-glace sauce was quite delicious!
