少し迷って見つけた小さなお店、
丹波地鶏の炭火焼「煙」なんば店さん
一瞬 ホテル街に迷い込んでしまいましたが無事脱出です
私がお店を見つけたタイミングで彼女も私を見つけてくれました( *´艸｀)ｸｽｸｽ
さあ、喉も渇いている事だしビール飲みにいこう〜♬
白い和紙の照明がぼんやりと光る小さなテーブル席、
差しつ差されつするならこのくらいの密着感が丁度良い
生ビールと一緒に出された豚のネギ塩炒めいい塩加減でさい先いい感じです
お腹も空いているので沢山注文しちゃいました笑
お店オススメのバーニャカウダは冷たいアンチョビが効いたソースと彩り豊かな野菜でヘルシーに
ふっくらした炙りのモモのたたきは京都福知山産丹波地鶏だけはある炭火の香ばしい香りとボリューミィなもっちり感で甘めのお醤油とよく合います
6月オススメメニューからは野菜の天ぷら、珍しいブロッコリーの天ぷらを塩で戴くと大きく食べ応えありでお野菜のフリッターのようで野菜本来の甘みが閉じ込められています
朝締めのささみユッケは黄身を崩してとろ〜り円やか食べる価値ありでした
野菜と鶏肉料理はどれも予想以上に美味しかったです
今夜は女性らしいヘルシーメニューでまとまりました♬(^_−)−☆
最後は贅沢に十四代 純米吟醸で締めくくります
チョイスも正解で満足感のある内容、友達はとてもこのお店を気に入ったらしく また本社を訪れる時は職場の人を連れて来たいって言ってましたよ
