さて、本日は『餃子酒場 あめみや』さんへ足を運ぶ。平時であれば夜営業のみのお店であったが、通りがかったらランチ営業されていた。この機会に入ってみる。
・焼餃子定食(700円)
定食類は3種類あり、焼餃子、炊餃子、担々麺と揃う。まずはベーシックな「焼餃子定食」にする。ニンニクあるなしを選べる。業務中なので、念のため、ニンニクなしで所望する。
餃子は一口サイズで、12個ありました。まずは、そのままパクリ。カリッとした皮と旨味の詰まった中具。次は大根おろしを乗せると、さっぱりとした味わいに。これはいくらでも食べられそうだ。
山芋はしっかり弾力があり、ご飯の相性は半端ない。ワシワシと食べていく。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
帰ってから調べてみると「八百屋とごはん うらや」などの「SASAYA」さんのグループ店でありました。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり、悔いなし。
