For a drinking party with friends, I made a reservation and made my first visit to Bistro olympic, which I had been using as a BM. Since this is Bistro run by Namba's famous Hidezo, expectations are high for the appetizers and carpaccio. On this day, I made a reservation for the ¥5,500 course that includes all-you-can-drink, and ordered extra items from the a la carte menu. [Course contents] Soup Assorted appetizers Famous fresh fish carpaccio Pizza made with homemade dough Assorted Fried food foods Assorted Meat Dishes dishes Finishing with pasta The drink menu also includes rare Carlsberg draft beer and Kaku Highball. The toast was Carlsberg, with fine bubbles. Next, I ordered white wine, and my friend ordered red wine. Both wines were chosen to go well with the food, and it was so delicious that I ended up drinking too much. As for the food, I could feel the restaurant's commitment to the hearty appetizers, fresh carpaccio, and sauces that accompany the main dishes. Ajillo and herb sausage that we ordered a la carte were all delicious. This price is attractive as it includes all-you-can-drink♪ I would like to come back again to eat the delicious carpaccio.
