南海なんば駅直結、なんばスカイオ6階にある、炊飯器メーカー経営の、おいしく炊いたご飯が主役の店。
土曜の夕食に訪れたが、予約していない客は断られていたので、予約推奨。入口には象印の炊飯器がズラリと並び、ショールームのようだが、店内は木目基調のカジュアルな和食屋さんの雰囲気で、落ち着けた。

ご飯は、白米(つや姫と佐賀びよりのブレンド)普通炊きorもちもち炊きと健康応援米(白米ともち麦のブレンド)の3種から選び、おかわり自由。量も調整できるので、3種のご飯を、少しずつお代わりするのが正解。
料理は全体的に関西風の薄味だが、特に美味しかったのは、メイン料理の鰻、豚肉のとろ旨梅煮、黒毛和牛のカツレツで、ご飯の旨味が引き立つ。
デザートのアイスクリームもお米が入っていて、ナッツのような食感で、お米の新たな活用法に感心。
最後に、お茶が象印ロゴのタンブラーで提供され、いつまでも熱々だったのも、印象に残った。
