19時半に席のみ予約して初訪問。
すでに鯛茶漬けともう一品（和食御膳だっかな？）しか無いと聞いて入店早々にショック。
ネット予約だと複数人の予約でも一つのメニューしか選べなかったので店に行ってから選べば良いと思っていましたが、甘かった。
なので特に迷わず鯛茶漬けにしました。
特徴的なのがお米の注文のしかたなのですが、まず白米と玄米を選べます。白米については炊き方を選べます（ふつう、もちもち、しゃっきり）。
私はおかわりして、白米しゃっきり→玄米→白米ふつうを食べ比べしました。玄米はかなりもちもち感がありましたが、白米については私の鈍い感覚では違いが分からず。でも、どれも一味違って美味しい、これは間違いない。
とても残念なのはご飯のおかわりをお願いしてから持ってきてもらえるまでの時間の長さ。わざとかってくらい遅い。分量とか盛り方とか非常に丁寧にしてるんだろうなと思いますが、そうだとしてもかなり不思議です。
日本人ですし、美味しいごはんを食べたいと思う欲求はかなり高いんじゃないかなと思いますし、実際また食べたいと思うのですが、メニュー問題とおかわり問題をなんとかして欲しいものです。
