なんばにあるエディオン9階のラーメン一座に入ってる「たけ井」
たけ井は京都や阪急線の大阪梅田駅構内に入ってる店がラーメン百名店です。
今回は中華そば1,000円にチャレンジ。鶏白湯的なテイストで麺は平たいツルッと系。
たけ井はやはりつけ麺ですかね。
