夕ご飯に、と ラーメン一座へ
17:00頃到着。
味玉濃厚鳥豚骨つけ麺(大) を
食券購入し 入店。
カウンターの隅に
おひとり様が ちらほら
よく水に締められた麺と
熱々のつけ汁で
つけ汁は濃すぎず でも濃厚な味で
麺も太すぎず スープとよく絡む
でも小麦の味のする麺で
ズルズルいける
最後は スープ割で
スープが 魚介系のスープで
濃厚で 少しさっぱりしたかった
口の中が
すっきりして 大満足でした‼️
