最近はラーメンの投稿ばかりですが、以前から気になっていたこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
メニューは悩みに悩みましたが、当店No.1の吹き出しに負けてしまい、塩ミックスと〆の鶏炙りごはんを注文しました。
出されたラーメンは、何とも映えるビジュアルに透きとおる出汁が印象的でした！まずは出汁を一口。薄味の出汁は濃い出汁と違い、微かに香る味わいが喧嘩をしないように絶妙な味が難しいと思ますが、お見事な出汁！！見事な塩に鶏出汁がマッチングしていました！美味い！麺は中太のツルツル麺でしたが、薄味の出汁をしっかり吸って美味で箸が進みました。
一緒に頼んだ〆の鶏炙りごはんも見事に薄味で微かな味付けと炙り風味がラーメンの出汁と見事にマッチングしていて〆に相応しい一品でした！最近は濃いラーメンを食べていただけに新鮮かつ味わい深いラーメンに堪能できました！
