I was feeling hungry as I was cycling, and I saw a sign for Szechuan Cuisine. In the past, most of them were from Canton, but recently you can often see Sichuan signs in Osaka as well. Sichuan = Mapo Mapo Tofu = Favorite food~♪ A restaurant that seems to be run by a hotel. I thought about skipping it, but the mapo tofu lunch was 680 yen including tax! ️ Mapo tofu made by people from Sichuan costs 680 yen~♪ I had no choice but to eat it, and the inside of the store was completely Chinese. There were no Japanese customers, and all the employees were Chinese. The store staff had a very calm and friendly atmosphere, and I felt like I could relax. And, the mapo tofu that came out was different from the Japaneseized taste, and the sauce, spices, and oil used were different, and when you eat it, it's really delicious - it's not like Japanese people are crazy about it. When I remember it, it had a mysterious taste that makes me want to eat it again.
