さて、本日は『焼肉の和民 南海難波駅前店』さんへ足を運ぶ。『目利きの銀次』さんなどが入って同じビルで2020年12月9日にオープンされました。最近、平日限定のランチ定食の提供を始められたので、どんな様子か確認に入ってみる。
・焼肉定食 [ワタミカルビ＆ハラミ]＝1,078円
ランチメニューは豊富に用意されているが、「ワタミカルビ＆ハラミ」定食から攻めてみる。
おぉ、面白い。回転寿司チェーンなどでお馴染みのレーンでお料理が届きます。お肉の他に、オニオンスライス、キムチが付いております。
では、焼き始めよう。一人焼肉は、じっくり最適な焼き加減を探り続けることができる。少しレアかなというところで取り上げる。うーん、嚙み締めるごとにお肉の旨味が広がります。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
ミナミでも、次から次へと一人焼肉のお店が増えてまいりました。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり悔いなし。
