知人からの紹介で「火鍋はここが一番」とお聞きしましたので、この日当日予約にて
伺ってみました('◇')ゞ
食べログからの予約で、日曜日19時以降埋まっていたので
１7時半に・・・・
行ってみたら結構空席会ったけどな～汗 なんで予約できなかったか
謎
この、スープの素みたいな状態から始まる火鍋は
すげー映えるよなｗ
実際旨そうだし
火鍋は自分でたれを作る
どこも一緒！海底楼でもいつもそうしている
ここは、豆鼓醬とかいつも海底楼で使ってるたれがなかったので
少し付けだれが味薄く感じたが
火鍋ＳＴＡＲＴ～辛そう♪
・鳥足 骨なし
・魚肉団子
・センマイ
・タコ
・湯葉
・野菜
・羊肉
などなど頼んでいく
最初から、豆腐や鶉の卵
後ここの店名にもなっている看板商品の「鴨血」なんかも最初からデフォルトで
鍋に入っている感じ
あじはとっても美味しいですね(^_-)-☆
辛いし、うま味しっかりあるし
薬味・薬膳が効いていて体にも良さそう！
いつもは麦焼酎飲むが
この日はビール、ビール、ビー―――ル(笑)
・豚のから揚げ うまいが脂っぽいのであんまり
ライス頼んでも良かったかなー・・・とちょい後悔
火鍋ってあんまり量食べらんないの俺だけかなー
まあ、次の日おなかやられちゃうからな！おっさんのお腹は
直ぐに辛い物でやられちゃう(;'∀')
