友人夫婦と予約して行きました。エレベーターがあるので3階まで上がります。
入口から中国の独特な香辛料の香りが漂います。内装もしっかり中国感が溢れ雰囲気は〇。火鍋も久しぶりだったので期待が膨らみます。
壁のいたるところに中国の有名人であろう方のサインならぬ、写真が貼られていました。凄さが分かりませんが、まぁまぁな数でした。
注文はテーブルにあるQRコードを読み取って注文します。お店の一押しの鴨血が最初から入っている鍋を選択してお肉、野菜、サイドメニューの唐揚げも頼みます。
辛さレベルは中辛にしましたが、運ばれてきた唐辛子の量を見て少し冷汗が出ました。。。
結果、辛いのが苦手な人は確実に×ですが、辛い物好きな人は美味しく頂ける味でした。
素材は全体的に新鮮だと感じました。美味しかったです。
中国人スタッフがほとんどですが、日本語が話せるスタッフも居ましたので、中国語が話せなくても大丈夫だと思います。
火鍋ならではのつけダレの種類が他の火鍋屋に比べると少なかったかなぁと感じましたが不満は特になしです。
ハイボール3杯ずつ男二人で飲んで、一人4,000円弱なのでランチにしては高額ですが
中国の雰囲気を存分に味わえるので〇です。
