大阪、難波にある焼鳥porcさん。
難波オーキャットの前にあり、前々から気になっていたお店。以前まで日曜日がお休みだったので行けなかったのですが、営業することになったみたいで、やっと行けました！
入り口から雰囲気が伝わるこだわり。店内に入ると焼き場がすぐにあり、広いカウンター席、テーブル席もありいい感じの店内です。
注文したのは、モモの一枚焼き、唐揚げ。
唐揚げはニンニクが効いていて味がかなり染みて美味しい。そのままで行けます。
鳥の一枚焼きも炭の香りがして美味しい。
焼き鳥は盛り合わせ。
塩系がおすすめです！ 鳥雑炊も頼んだのですが、卵ご飯のような感じで出てきました。これがまたトロトロで美味しい。
鳥どんぶりも味がかなり濃いめですが、卵で中和されてどんどん行けます
鳥スープは思ったよりも小さいですが、出汁がすごい出てます。ごくごく行けます
久しぶりにあたりのお店でした。
