This is my first visit. I've been interested in this restaurant ever since I saw on Instagram that they have yakitori grilled using sweet soy sauce from Kyushu. I was finally able to visit you. I ordered *Seared thighs *Plum fillet with bevel cartilage *Green onion *Seseri *Heart *Rare fillet *Liver *Domestic shiitake mushrooms. All the tableware is stylish! The first dish, the thigh tataki, was so delicious. The skin is crispy and the meat is extremely tender. It was really delicious. You can eat endlessly. I was intrigued and ordered the ume wholesale from Yagen Cartilage as it was something I had never heard of on the menu, but the ume wholesale had a sweet taste. It was lighter than regular fried cartilage and delicious! ! The meat on all the skewers was juicy and delicious! However, I don't know if this is just the heart, or if it just happened to be undercooked, but there was a lot of blood coming out of it... It was still good to see the blood coming out, but it was too smelly and didn't taste good. . I was disappointed in only the heart because the rest was delicious.
