The state of emergency has ended, so I thought I'd go out for a drink for the first time in a while. So I went to the recently opened Teppei. I don't know who Teppei is. It was originally a kushikatsu shop that looked like it was going to be a busy one, but I feel like they either bought it outright or they're the same company with just the signage changed to make it look like a new store. Probably the latter though. Although it is a restaurant where smoking is allowed, restaurants that have recently obtained a business license are not supposed to be allowed to smoke, so the restaurant was full, perhaps due to the backlash from the self-restraint movement. The quality of the food is that of a normal chain restaurant. The drinks are also popular. It's a great service to have a toast for 100 yen! I think it's quite reasonable as it cost 10,300 yen for 3 people to drink 11 drinks (2 soft drinks).
