この年になってはじめて口にするものも、なかなか少なくなってきたが、ひさびさの生まれてはじめて。豚がらし。こまかくきざんだ豚と玉ねぎを、味噌とからしかな？でいためたものを、ざくぎりキャベツといっしょにいただく。あとからほんのり香るからしで、ビールが進む。
焼きそばは細麺であっさり、お好み焼きは分厚すぎずさくっとふんわり。お酒を飲むので、これくらいがちょうど良い。
おいしかったです、ごちそうさまでした。
