・料理の味は問題なかったが、食べ放題170種類コース（＋お誕生日メッセージプレートクーポン利用）予約、食べ放題ルールの先出し2品（キャベツとえびせん）食べきってから出ないと食べたい料理を注文さえもできないことに不満、お腹空いてるのに苦手な人からしたら食べ切ってからなのはしんどい
・食品ロスの為のルールだと思うが、時間制限もある中、肉とサラダを一緒に食べたいのに料理提供時間差があり別々に食べないといけなかった、お金支払った分食べた満足はなかった
・バースデー祝いのためにメッセージプレート利用したが最後に持ってきた店員さん個室のドア開けるときの「失礼します」とだけいい割と荒くプレートを机に置いてった、しかも火がついてて危ないのにドアに当たりそうになるくらい手前に置いて何も声掛けない対応でした。（プレートは、丁寧に用意していただいてよかったです）
大切な時間を過ごそうと楽しみにしていただけに、凄く残念でした。
