2022年8月1日オープンのA5ランクの雌牛のみを使用した焼肉店。
コンセプトはミナミの肉別荘。
朝6時まで営業も嬉しい。
お席は1階はカウンター席、2階はテーブル席。

ハツ刺も生センマイもユッケも見た目からしっかりと仕事をされているのが伝わる綺麗さ。
どれも美味しかったですが、ユッケが濃厚で格別の美味しさでした♡
焼き物は食べやすいサイズも嬉しく、雌牛のみを使用されているので、柔らかく旨味が濃厚。
店員さんが目の前で焼いてくださる焼きしゃぶは是非‼︎
パフォーマンスはもちろんお味も絶品♡
京都風洗いダレやガーリックソースもお気に入り♪
〆のすだち冷麺もすごく好み♡
美味しいお肉を堪能でき、料理長もオーナーさんもすごく素敵で至福の時間を過ごせました。
