とある日、大先輩上司から「五月山君、焼肉行かへん?」とのお誘い。
どこ行くんですか?日本橋の万両?
そういえば、日本橋に万両が出来たって、噂で聞いてた。
行きます!
ということで、万両さんにおじゃましました。
こちらのお店、大阪のカジュアル焼肉の代表格のお店。
お酒をたくさん飲まなければ、5000円もあれば、十分に美味しい焼肉を満喫出来ます。
南森町や天神橋などのお店は予約が取りにくいですが、日本橋は比較的、予約が取りやすいとのこと。
予約時間の19時に入店。
予約名を告げると、2階へご案内。
2階の踊り場にワインがずらりと並んでいるショーケース。
万両はアルコール全般が安いですが、特にボトルワインが安いのが魅力。
さらに、ウーロン茶・コーン茶・こぶ茶・日本茶の無料。
日本橋店の焼き台は鉄板ガスコンロ式。
汚れても、鉄板交換はないので、こまめに掃除して焼くのが美味しく食べるコツ。

安定の白菜キムチ。
ちょいちょいと箸休め的に。
〇特上厚切りタン
適度に分厚めカット。
あまり厚切りすぎると、焼き方が難しいのよね。
自分的には、厚切りタンはややよく焼き目が好き。
表面をきつね色になる位まで焼いたら、火の弱い所に移動させて、じっくりと中まで火を通して、頃合いになったら、1口でがぶり!
おぉー!ほとばしるタン肉汁!
めっちゃ、うまー!
〇ツラミ 塩
前半に食べたいツラミ塩。
適度に食感があって、うまみの強い部位。
自分的には薄切りのタンを頼むであれば、ツラミを頼みたい派。
臭みも無く、溢れんばかりのツラミ汁が口中を満たしてくれます。
大根おろしにレモンをふりかけて、ツラミで巻いて食べるのも、またよし。
・白ごはん 大
焼肉の時は、序盤からごはん。
肉・米・酒の3方向攻めが最強やと思ってます。
〇上カルビ タレ
定番的な上カルビですが、サシの入り方が抜群。
とろける脂感と肉のうまみとタレの甘辛。
王道的な焼肉な味ですが、偏差値62レベル。
〇上ロース タレ
バラ、カルビよりロースが好き。
うまみが強く、脂とのバランスがよし。
やわらかジューシーな食感とぶわっとくるうまみがたまらんね。
〇上ハラミ タレ
なんやかんやで、やっぱりハラミ。
ちょっとサシの入った部分とサシのない部分が来ました。
上質なハラミらしい解れる肉繊維食感。
うまみハラミ汁爆発。
〇塩上レバー焼
さっと炙って、ごま油塩で。
生レバーは食べれるところが少なくなりましたが、炙りレバーでも十分に美味しい。
もちろん、臭み無しです。
〇アブシン 塩
脂付きの心臓の略称でアブシン。
名付け親は、なんと万両。
独特な大きめカット。
淡白でむちっとした食感の心臓部分にジューシーな脂が合わさると、めっちゃうま。
タレで食べる事が多いですが、塩の方が好きかも。
〇サガリ
横隔膜の肋骨側の部位。
ハンギングテンダーとか呼ばれる部位。
肉繊維感が心地よく、脂か控えめでうまみが強め。
〇塩上ミノ 極薄切り
最後にデザート的にあっさりホルモン。
薄いけど、つぶ貝やトリ貝を連想させるシャクシャクな食感がクセになる。

万両はお店によって、ワインのラインナップが違うのも特徴。
日本橋店は自然派・オーガニック・サステナブルなワインをラインナップ。
この日はまだワインリストが出来ていなかったので、ソムリエールさんに相談しながら、ワインをチョイスしてもらいましたが、いずれも美味しいし、安い。
やはり、万両は間違いない。

Today I had a get-together with people from work from the event that happened the other day. I chose this restaurant because Yakiniku (Grilled meat) was good. So, I visited Mr. Manryo. Entered the store at 18:00 at the reservation time. It was about 50% crowded, but by 7pm it was full. When I asked the staff at the store, they said it was relatively easy to make reservations at the Nihonbashi store compared to other Manryo stores. Well then, good luck Tribby! I like to pinch it in between the meat. - Senmai sashimi Raw senmai is very close to white, if not white. Crunchy texture and no odor. It's delicious when eaten with onion slices and plenty of chojang. 〇Salted grilled tongue This is a fairly large and slightly thicker tongue. It's soft, but has the elasticity of tan. The overflowing fat and flavor are irresistible. 〇Tsurami Salt Beautiful colored Tsurami. A slightly firm chew that is typical of turmeric. Tsurami juice and flavor overflowing with every bite. It's quite a delicious tsurami. ◎ Skirt steak I think it looks pretty good. Slightly thicker cut. Grill to your desired doneness and enjoy! oh! It's really good! The amount of skirt steak juice that gushes into your mouth is incredible! 〇This is classic top loin part. Excellent balance of fat and lean meat. Manryo's top loin is so delicious and at this price, it feels like a great deal. 〇Ichiborosu A type that is grilled on one side and wrapped in flavored vegetables. I like the deliciousness of the lean meat and the crunch of the flavored vegetables, giving it a refreshing feel. 〇 Shabu-yaki 20 seconds top loin, quickly seared and served on the rice.
