胡麻たっぷりでちょっと食べにくい感じやったけどイカは鮮度がよくて美味しかった

スズキのムニエル
たんぱくやけど脂もしっかりのったスズキ。
とうもろこしのピュレの上に焼新玉葱のペースト
自然の甘味が感じれる優しい味でした。
【揚物】
串揚げが４種類。
キス、スズキ、海老
スナップエンドウ
旬の素材が良いですね、揚げ物やし梅酢で食べてサッパリ。
【温物】
プリッと大きい淡路の鱧が良いですね。
新玉葱のすりながしが甘い。
あさつきが散ってます。

楽焼土鍋で炊く名物の鯛めし
米マイスターがブレンドした米はツヤツヤ。
明石の天然真鯛を丸々一匹のった豪快な土鍋ごはん。
酒、塩、昆布と誤魔化しなしの味付けで美味しかったです。1人前1600円。
