夜の接待で行きました。先方が予約してくれました。
高島屋はよく行くのですが、今年3月に開店との事で、勿論初めての訪問です。
店は凄く綺麗で、個室を取ってくれましたが、落ち着いて食事することができました。
そろそろ暑くなってきていたので、上着を掛けるものがあっても良いように思いました。
花緑青コースを頼んでくれていました。
最初は前菜セットでした。味は優しい感じで見た目は良いです。
次にお造りがきました。マグロ、鱧は美味しかったです。鯛は茄子に巻かずにそのまま味わった方がいいような・・・。
鮎の塩焼きは臭みがなくサッパリしていました。お肉はシンプルで美味しかったですね。
鱧しゃぶも、コリコリした食感が楽しめてよかったです。
鯛飯まで来ると、もうお腹いっぱいです。フルーツ大福は何とか食べました。
外国の方が一緒でしたが、満足されていました。女性の方は食べきれなかったようです。
ビールと日本酒でいただきました。堪能しました。
