福島で話題のお店が難波にオープンしたと聞いて伺いました。
難波中という場所は各難波駅からも近くオフィスも多い落ち着いたエリアです。
「ぢどり焼コース4,300円」のコースにおすすめの「とり刺し四種盛1,000円」を追加。
キメが細かい「パーフェクトサントリービール650円」は特別な生ビール。
コースの始まりの「七種のピクルス」はおかわり自由でうずら卵とスナップえんどうが絶品だから迷わずおかわり。
鳥刺しも胸肉昆布じめや鴨ロースなど専門店でしか味わえない。
「温泉卵風の金柑」と思ったら「金柑風の温泉卵」で濃厚な黄身に驚きました。
次々とお出し下さる焼き物もほぼレアでOKだから焼きすぎないように要注意。「無菌豚フィレ」なんて豚肉なのに軽く焼くだけだからふんわり柔らかいのです。
お酒もすすむのですが健康チューハイの「トマト酢650円」は氷がトマトで出来ていてスムージーなようにシャリシャリで焼き鳥に合います。
「紀州鴨あらびきつくね」の味噌だれにご飯をほしくなるけれど〆はやっぱり「ミニ鶏清湯ラーメン」をセレクト。
細麺とさっぱりしたスープでスルッと完食してからデザートの「抹茶アイスクリーム」で終了。
コースでなくても単品のメニューもたくさんあるので2軒目、3軒目にもおすすめです。
