今回は、難波にある【鉄板ぢどり焼TARO難波中店】に伺いましたฅ•ω•ฅ
今回いただいたのは
ぢどり焼きコース 4,300yen
▫️7種のピクルス
▫️ねぎ塩上ハツ
ハツは、今まで食べた中でトップレベルに美味しかった
臭みは全くなく、歯応えがしっかりしててタンみたいな感じでめっちゃ美味しかった
▫️あじさい豚フィレ
豚もフィレはやっぱり美味しい
すごい柔らかく、脂身も少ないのでしんどくならずめっちゃ食べやすい
▫️ぢどり焼き盛り合わせ
ぢどり焼き盛り合わせは、見ただけで新鮮さがすぐ分かる
種類は、むね、ささみ、上もも、上せせり、手羽先
新鮮な鶏なので、レアでも食べられてむね、ささみも柔らかくて美味しかった
▫️紀州鴨あらびきつくね
鴨のつくねは、外側はカリカリでそのまま食べても美味しいけど、塩をかけると旨みがより引きたちます
▫️焼き野菜盛り合わせ
▫️ミニ鶏清湯ラーメン
鶏清湯ラーメンは、優しい味のスープが細麺にしっかり絡んで美味しかった
