7月にオープンしたタイのホテルブランド、セントラグランドホテル大阪の最上階にあるバーで、遅めの夕食を試みました。22時を回っていたのでバーしか空いてなかったのですが、案内されたのは角の窓カウンターでしたので、雰囲気は良かったです。
カクテルをいただき、食事メニューを見るとCOLDメニューが主体。一部和牛バーガーとかもありますが、4000円近い値段が付いていて、なかなか価格自体攻めております。インバウンドターゲットですかね？
そのためか、私たち以外に日本人客はこの時は皆無。スタッフにはお一人日本人の方いらっしゃった。
注文はすぐに取りに来てくれましたが、食事やドリンクの提供は時間がかかっておりました。日本酒も頼んだのですが、20分くらいしても出てこなかったのでキャンセル。まあ、一杯3000円くらいする価格設定もあり、サービスの質と夜景を天秤にかけてみて判断。ここはこれから改善してほしいところですね。
ただ、日本語でコミュニテケーションとるより、実は英語でやった方が色々サービスの対応が早いということが会計時にわかります。
場所、雰囲気、提供される食事の質は良いので、あとは値段相当のサービスをしてくれれば良い場所になりますね。
