ずっと食べたかったチャドルバキ。
難波に出来たので来店。
出来立てなだけあってキレイなお店。
めちゃくちゃ好立地。
小皿のホイル焼きなどもあって、お酒も進みそう。
目的のチャドルバキは、クルッと美しく丸まってあり、これぞ！って感じ。
タレは甘めで美味しい。
ただ、お肉の部位や量を考えると、焼肉屋より割高かな？と感じます。
しかしながら、韓国のソジュを飲みながらお肉をつまめるという部分ではとても良い。
スタッフは新人が多くてまだ接客に慣れてない様子だが、店長らしき方がよく指導されて気遣いもあって好感持てました。
