映画の面白さっていうのは、”持たざる者”がどれだけ自己の尊厳をまっとうして、真っすぐに生き抜くか、というところにあります。

映画『BAD LANDS バッド・ランズ』を見た。橋岡煉梨は走り出す。最悪の状況でも脱出の道を探して。スピード感あふれる予測外なドラマ展開。一筋縄ではいかぬ愛憎の多面性。タランティーノ作品と重なる登場人物たちの生命力。
さて、本日は2023年8月10日に『なんばシティー 南館 01F』で新装オープンされた『炭火焼肉・韓国料理 KollaBo (コラボ)』さんへ足を運ぶ。大阪ミナミではベトナム料理店の出店がめざましいが、韓国料理店も多いな。なかなか回り切れない。
・ソルロンタン定食＝1,000円
定番の「スンドゥブ」にしようと思っていたが、食べ馴れていない「ソルロンタン定食」の興味の方に軍配が上がる。
公式情報によれば
“「ハンチョンソルロンタン」直伝の味。牛の肉・骨を長時間煮込んだスープが特徴。”
というお料理です。
牛の旨みが溶け出した白濁色のスープ。牛肉、春雨、葱というシンプルな具材。優しく素朴な味わいで、後味はすっきり。少し薄めに感じられたので、一緒に提供された塩・胡椒でバランスを取る。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
最後は丼を手にとってゴクゴクとスープを飲み干してしまったが、後で調べてみると韓国ではマナー違反になるそうです。そうだったか。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり悔いなし。
