カジュアルなホテルに入っているカフェの個人的なイメージですが、接客が良く、綺麗な空間、フードやドリンクは平均点、ぐらいに思っていますが、空間的にはコンセントのある席があったりと落ち着いていて綺麗だし、申し分ないなと思いました。
ただ、ホテルのカフェ、なので、接客は少しレベルを求められてしまうところがあるかなと。
返却口とかがあって自分で返すのかな？という印象を受けるような簡易な対応になっていることや、メニューに「オーツミルクに変更可」と書いてますが、プラス料金になる説明書きは無く、普通に何も言われずプラスでお会計だったのにも驚きました。
色々含め、オブラートに包んで、だいぶカジュアルな接客。
ホテルの朝食会場に使われているようなので、そんなものなのかもしれませんが、良い空間なので、惜しいように思ってしまいました。
