敬愛するスーパーレビュアーのN様も時には病に倒れる。しかし、日本の医療は素晴らしく、完全に復活されました。という訳で、楽しい仲間で快気祝いです！幹事はN様 ご本人！
ひどい取り巻きやな(^o^;)。
で、この日の会場はまだ出来たばかりのイケてる中華イタリアンバル。洋楽がボサノバやレゲエ調で流れる黒を基調とした素敵空間。うーん、コレは、私、ミーハーが大好きな隠れ家レストランそのものでは有りませんか。
半個室なんかもあって、仲間との飲み会、デート、女子会、幅広く使えそう。
で、お料理はどうなん？
流石、N様、ここも抜かりがない。
皆で、色々シェアして頂いたのやけど、全体的に肉系がイケてます。最初に食べた和牛の春巻！これは普通の春巻きとは別物。肉の旨味が豊かでドッシリ感のあるお味。あと、ロース肉の青椒肉絲、黒酢系の酢豚等、お肉への火の通し加減、完璧。どのお肉も柔らかくて最高でした。あと、焼き目や揚げ物の衣のカリッとした食感も大事にしてはるのがわかる。
シェフの旦那！ええ腕してまんな♬って、女子やったらどうしよう(^o^;)。
長くなるけど、麻婆豆腐も書いとかなあかん。これも本格的。あの、石鍋でグツグツ煮えてるやつ。かなり辛い四川風と少々マイルドな広東風をラインナップされてて、これと白ご飯、これは、至福でしたわ。
器も美しくて、近くが道具屋筋屋から、上品な、ええ物が揃ってる。全体に美味しく快適で、この日はオーナーも来てはったけど、感じええの(^o^)。素敵なレストランでしたわ。
う〜ん、何か忘れてるような。ん、快気祝い。。。何も持って来なかったわ(^o^;)
