尊敬するスーパーレビュアーN様から招集がかかった。私が大好きなペスカグループの新店が、出来たとか。さすがN様、お耳が早すぎ！
で、こちら、食堂ペスカさんに伺いました。
こちらねえ、食堂と銘打ってるけど、私の感じは品のええワインバーやね。ワインはボトルで5000円程度と居酒屋価格(^o^)。それでいて、お店の設えはアンティークを多用して落ち着いた大人の空間になってます。テーブルの大きさも合格。大人というと器にも、うるさい。こちら、有田、唐津、信楽と、実にええもんを使ってはる。見落としそうな点やけど、これも大事。テストに出るで(^o^;)
で、お料理やけど、僕はペスカというと、新鮮なお魚がイチオシで、こちらのカルパッチョも、お魚の旨味と食感完璧で。。。惚れます。単純なお料理程、差がでるもんで、ホンマ、ペスカさんは、どのお店いっても、ココがぶれない。美味い。
あと、お肉はねえ、トリュフ塩で食べるトンカツですわ。この豚さん、脂身が、ともかく甘い。大変美味しい一品でした。
その他、色々頂いたけど全部ハズレなし。
お酒も入れて、一万円以内で食べれるイタリアンとしては、コチラもそうやけど、ペスカさんのグループが、最強やと思います。
近くになんば店もあるけど、私まだ、未踏の地なので、次は、コチラに行ってみますわ！
