阿倍野駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にある定食屋さん 実身美 sangmi サンミ あべの店。
野菜たっぷりの料理と、玄米ごはんをいただける健康志向の定食屋さん。お腹いっぱい食べても身体に優しく、罪悪感なく食事を楽しめます。
ランチタイム、カフェタイム、ディナータイムでそれぞれ定食が用意されており、ヘルシーなスイーツメニューもあるので、何度通っても飽きがこないのも魅力です。
今回いただいたのは、気まぐれ玄米ごはんセットと、澤孝カレーのルー。玄米ご飯、お野菜たっぷりの味噌汁、ビーツのドレッシングを使用した多品目サラダ、じゃこの乗った冷奴に、サツマイモとカボチャの和物、ひじきの煮付け、鰆の揚げ浸しと、全部で30品目はあろうかという野菜や、海鮮を使用した定食メニュー。
健康への配慮や、彩の美しさはもちろんのこと、味付けも素晴らしく、食材本来の甘味や旨味を引き出しつつ、濃味と薄味の料理がバランスよく配置されていて、十分満足感を得られます。
澤孝のキーマカレーによってボリューム感もアップ。こちらもにんじんや玉ねぎなど香味野菜をたっぷり使用しており、鶏肉、豚肉、軟骨のジューシーな味わいと、優しい野菜の甘味、スパイスの味わいが、玄米ご飯と相性抜群でした！
