いつもご覧いただきありがとうございます。大阪ランチを中心に食べ歩きしているグルちゃんです。天王寺にある夜でも定食を食べたい方におすすめの所を紹介します。
【お店について】

✔︎ランチと同様にご飯物や定食が、頂ける。
✔︎食べログ評価3.5超えの人気店。
【メニュー】
・ランチタイム・カフェタイム・ディナータイムとそれぞれヘルシーな定食が、いただけます。
【頂いたメニュー】
・日替わり健康ごはん¥1380 メインの唐揚げにサラダ、小鉢3種類、玄米ご飯、味噌汁といった盛り沢山な内容でした。
メインは、日替わりでこの日は、鶏胸肉の胡麻衣の唐揚げ野菜添えでした。料理名聞くだけでこだわりが伝わります笑
【感想】
・まずは、メインの唐揚げ。カリカリとしたジューシーな仕上がり。衣に胡麻が、入っており後からその風味も感じます。濃厚な甘酒の入った味噌ダレが、良く合います。唐揚げと野菜どちらにもニンジン、かぼちゃ、カブと1つ1つ大きめにカットされていて食べ応えもしっかりとあります。
ご飯も白米ではなく体にヘルシーな玄米ご飯でした。黒胡麻のふりかけが、また良いお仕事していて食べやすかったです。大盛りにしましたが、お代わりできればしたかったです笑
味噌汁も野菜やキノコなど具沢山の内容でした。味噌も通常と比べると甘味があり優しい味わいで飲みやすい美味しさでした。
メインでも十分ですが、小鉢も3種類と盛り沢山。 玄米麺を使用したボロネーゼ・薬味がのった茄子とオクラの揚げ浸し・自家製の岩海苔を使用した冷奴とどれもこだわられています。 どれもバランス良く味付けされていて満足感が、得られます。
【総評】
・夜でも定食が、食べれる所は限られてしまいますが、その中で頂けるのは改めて貴重だなと思いました。メインのおかずにお手製の小鉢3品とどれも味も良くて美味しかったですし、品数が多いのは、また嬉しいですね！
