日々の物価上昇が給与を圧迫し続ける現実下、外食は控えよう、自炊して出費を抑えようと努めている。なので投稿も減るわけですが、今日は思い切ってうなぎ食うぞ!と意を決してやってきた。大阪でも人気な「舟屋」さんに
店頭で焼いてます。通りを歩くとこの煙を食わされるのです。いい匂い。この日は寒く、しかし10分ほどで入店を許され店内ウエイト。そこからは結構早く着席
松竹梅からのチョイス。今日は思い切りと心に誓ったので、迷わず「松」。それは大振り1尾が長尺重に盛られやってきた。まさにジャストフィットEel Box(今や "Unaju" で通じるらしい)。サク→ふわのギャップ、突き抜ける飛騨山椒の辛さ、ああ、日本人に生まれてよかった
焼を担当されているおそらく店主さんだろう。この方の気配りがとても嬉しかった(若い人はつっけんどんだったが)。お茶の気遣い、寒いからと早めに入店させてくれた事、最後の感謝の言葉、など。うな重の完成度以上にそのサービスにほっこり
メニューにはおなじみ価格改定シール。政治機能不全でどんどん外国人に買われて行く日本。ああ、数年後は飲食店もほぼ外国人向けになるだろう。ましてや鰻なんて…と考えながらも今を生きよう!と気持ちを切り替え、ありがたく頂きました
