超絶美味いと思ったうな重
いつも行列の絶えない、うな重の名店「舟屋」さんにお伺いさせていただきました。
場所はJR寺田町駅から徒歩すぐ、13時頃に訪問、何とミラクルで並びが無くそのまま着席。その後、すぐに満席となったのでラッキーとしか思えないタイミングでした。
「うな重 竹」（税込み3590円）を注文
ココのうなぎは関西風に腹開きの後、関東風に蒸して柔らかくてしてから焼いているようです。
お味の方は表面は少しカリッとしていながらも、中はしっかり脂がのっていてトロトロで美味しいです。タレは甘過ぎず少し濃い目の味でうなぎと相性抜群です。
いやーコレは美味いです。
いつも行列なだけのことはありますね。
店員さんの対応もいいですし、食べログ鰻百名店にならないのが不思議なくらいです。
また、お伺いさせていただきたいと思います。

JR大阪環状線「寺田町駅」から25号線を東へすぐのところにある、いつも行列の絶えないうな重の名店「舟屋」さんにお伺いさせていただきました。
オープン直後に立ち寄ったこともあり即入店することができました。超ラッキー！

舟屋さん！いい仕事されてはりますね！
また、添付の山椒が凄く風味が良くてうな重に合っていて美味いです。
テーブルに飛騨山椒の新物で販売していると書いてあったので、お土産に買って帰ることにしました。
