尻尾まで皮はパリパリで、食べてる間ずっとニヤけるくらいの美味しさ。
色々と鰻屋さんは行ったけど、やっぱりここの鰻が一番好きやな。
今回はひつまぶしにしたけど、こだわりの飛騨の山椒が鰻の美味しさを引き立ててくれる。
今回は、妻に支払いをお任せしたので、尚更美味しく感じたのは言うまでもない笑
