タレは出汁醤油と焼肉タレ、テーブルにある塩で頂きました。
肉はどれも美味しかったです。
ホルモンが特に美味しく種類も多く、珍しい部位もあります。
肉本来の味を際立たせる為か焼肉タレ、ユッケ、スレンドの味付けが少し薄味でした。
タレ入れと皿が一体化になった器のタレ入れが小さく肉をタレに付けにくかったです。
ずいぶん昔北畠店に何年か通い詰めてた時期がありましたがその時と比べサービス面は格段に落ちた印象です。
不特定多数なお客様が来る天王寺と言う場所柄なのかも知れません。
