天王寺区堀越町にある種よしさんに行ってきました。
場所はＪＲ天王寺駅北口を出てゴミゴミしたところにあります。
時刻は16時すぎです。
店内には1組4名様です。
まずは瓶ビール500円とホッケの刺身を注文します。
ビールはキリンがあったのでラッキーです。
ホッケの刺身は食べるのはもちろん見るのも聞くのもはじめてです。
食感はサーモンのようにやわらかいです。
脂もけっこうあります。
味自体はサーモンとはかなり違います。
はじめての不思議な味わいです。
マグロの心臓550円とふぐの卵巣400円も注文します。
マグロの心臓はそこそこ生臭く癖があります。
生姜や胡麻油などの薬味で必須です。
食感は鶏の心臓と似ています。
ふぐの卵巣はかなり塩辛いです。
しかしお酒はすすみます。
どの料理も個性的なものばかりです。
当たりはずれはありますがお値段的には満足できます。
ぜひまた訪れたいです。
