13時前に訪問。カウンター7席、テーブル3卓あります。先客2組後客2組。満席にならないまでも客足が途切れません。
ランチメニューがかなりリーズナブル。豚カツ以外のメニューもあります。
初訪問だったのでメニューのトップにある豚カツ定食をオーダー。800円。
さきにおしぼり、水、おひたしが乗ったお盆がセットされます。揚げあがり前にご飯と豚汁が提供。オーダーから7分ほどで豚カツも到着。
やさしい味わいのドミグラスソースがとにかく美味しい。油の切れも素晴らしく臭さは一切ありません。重さもまったくありません。カウンターにソースや塩などが無いのは味の自信なのでしょう。
胸やけが心配な人でもこのお店の豚カツならば安心して食べられると思います。
