※しかも、安っ！
その中から、注文したのは
とんかつ定食(ロース) 800円(税込)
正直
値段が値段だし
さほど、期待はしていなかったんですが
実際に、食べてみると
これは、なかなか！
そりゃ
とんかつ自体は
叩いて、叩いて、してるから
薄いよ！
なので、衣も厚いよ！
でも
そこにかかる
デミソースが、旨っ！
こちらのとんかつの、肝とも言える
そのデミソース
使い回し？くらいの、油を吸った衣と
実によく合う
なので
ご飯とも、ベストマッチ
そう考えると
ここの味噌汁も、何気に旨いな
たまたま座った
入口近くの、カウンター席から
巨大な寸胴に入った
デミソースが、見えるんですけど
焦がさないよう
こまめに、こまめに、かき混ぜる
その姿に
※電話で注文受けてる時も、かき混ぜる
昭和の料理人の、姿を見ましたよ
※ワンオペってのも、凄いわ
美味しかったです
