大阪に来たら食べておきたいもの、それは甘辛い牛肉の乗った肉うどん。ホテル近くに立ち食いそばを発見したので7時の開店に合わせて訪問。すでに多くのお客様で賑わってます。
かけそば300円って安いなぁ。朝定食380円にも心惹かれますが、ここは初志貫徹 肉そば＋玉子で600円。うどんにしようか一瞬迷いましたが、そば推しの店のようだったので。
ツユは関西にしては色濃い目ですが、見た目よりは優しい味わい。温度も熱すぎず、ぬるすぎず丁度いい。よく煮込まれた牛肉＋玉子、最高でした。ごっそさん！
