四天王寺前夕陽ヶ丘駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にあるお蕎麦屋さん はやうち。
小ぢんまりとしており席数はそこまで多くないですが、常に賑わった雰囲気のお蕎麦屋さん。2024年そばwest百名店に選出されています。
丁寧で明るい接客も魅力的で、食事時は行列ができることもある様子。回転速度はそれなりなので、そこまで長時間並ばずに入れるのが嬉しいところです。

◾天ぷらせいろ
粗挽き、細挽きから選べるざるそばと、天ぷらの盛り合わせがセットになった天ぷらせいろ。海老、茄子、椎茸、さつまいも、インゲンなど、天ぷらの種類も豊富で彩り豊かです。
粗挽きのお蕎麦は、そば粉を粗く挽いているので噛むほどに鼻腔をそばの香りが抜けていくような印象。蕎麦つゆとのバランスも素晴らしく、天ぷらのおかげであっさりとした蕎麦の美味しさが際立っていました！
